What are the best aspects of this product?

Highchart help you to create lot of charts by using the library. I like that it allows line graph to 3D scatter graph. It is simple solution and you can write down all values and I can put them into predefined gaph and later the library will take care of everything else. It is customizable solution and it offers lot of demos and tutorials so you can easily learn how to use it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The documentation is complicated and it requires going through several web pages in order to see the configuration of a single type of graph.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We managed to display sales for last few weeks for our customers so they can easily visualize the trends. This is perfect tool for our business.
