What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how powerful this tool is, it offers lot of configurations and I like that I can create any standard data visualization. Also, I like that the library is extensible and I can write custom plugin for everything I need. I can easily connect the library internals and I can do some fancy things on chart area.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The learning curve goes from novice to advanced Highchart users. You can find lot of information in StackOverflow posts.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is efficient and user friendly tool perfect suitable for data visualization of time series data.
