What are the best aspects of this product?

It is simple to use and it has simple configuration, there is simple script reference within HTML so you can easily start with the building. I like the JSON charts because they are standard based and straightforward. The API is useful and highchart provides ability to draw custom charts and ranging the charts.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nested configuration needs some improvements.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to get new contracts and to add value to all the existing ones. We can produce more than 40 legacy Jasper reports within few weeks thanks to the basic charts. Also, we can include custom decorators.
