What are the best aspects of this product?

Highcharts allows you to plot lot of charts by using the library. It allows ranging from line graph to 3D scatter graph, and I’m sure you won’t find any reason why not to use the library. The tool is extremely simple, you can write down all your values and then put them into predefined graph and then the library will take care of everything else. The tool is highly customizable, and offers various demos in order to learn how to use it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In my experience, the documentation is complicated. If you need to see the configuration of a single type of graph you have to click and open up multiple web-pages, and this is because that some graphs are with a configuration that other graphs are using it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We had to display sales for past few weeks and even months for a customers so they can visualize the trends that were that period of time. So we have found that this tool is perfect for our business.
