Ease of use, if the product works as expected. The trial version worked pretty well.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The IPad app is very unstable. Facing lot of issues in live environment. The app kept hanging. Constantly lost connection to printer and scanner. The currency kept changing from the currency defined in settings to an alternate currency. The sales history kept showing incorrect results.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
A stable iPad app that’s reliable and doesn’t hang.

We wanted to move towards a cloud based POS solution that’s user friendly. The intention to keep the app simple and easy to use is good but only if the app is stable.
