What are the best aspects of this product?
Hitask is a great business collaboration platform. It provides tools such as a task management, document attachments, time tracking, and project management integrated in a collaborative environment. Users can comment and share files with each other in an easy way.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The chat feature can be better or even an integration with Slack, Stride, or others can be a solution to get better for communication. This is a tiny detail but can make Hitask much sleeker.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Maybe Kanban boards. More reporting features.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Project management is a problem for any company and solving it with only one software is really hard. However, Hitask helped us use the tool easily which helped us focus on our projects more. With other tools we had to learn to use the tool first.
