What are the best aspects of this product?

I first encountered this software when I bought a new laptop and felt like the basic video editing software I downloaded wasn't meeting my needs. I went on a search engine and found this video editing software. I really like the multiple options that this free software gives me. Compared to the video editing software that I was using beforehand, this one really gives me more. It is so easy to use and it has been really helpful to me when I need to add watermarks or add and edit background audio. Even using this software was a really great experience for me. If I was asked for a recommendation, I would recommend this software without any hesitation.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One thing I think they can really improve on is by providing users with a way to learn how to use the software. There aren't any instructional videos that come with the software, so I had to search for videos online to really get the hang of using this. There have also been instances when I've had the software just close on me while I'm using it, or even shutting down completely. But besides those things, I've had a really great time using this software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this software, I no longer need to hire a third party to come up with instructional videos for the company I work for. Since discovering this software, I've been able to quickly make videos that look really professional. I've also been able to use this software to raise awareness about our company since it allows me to add a watermark on each video that I make.
