What are the best aspects of this product?

I appreciate the fact that this software comes with robust features for video editing, even if it is free. It really is a good deal, especially since you can use it both on a PC and on a Mac. I like that sharing project files is easy, since this software works on both operating systems. I also like how powerful this software's features are, especially when you compare it to other free video editing software. It can even handle 4K and 360 videos, which is quite impressive. I was also impressed that there are a number of effects here that you only find in high-end software, and that you can work on multiple monitors thanks to the tools for realtime editing that come with the software. I'm also pleased with the look of the interface, as well as the number of tutorials available online that helps you learn how to use the software. I also think vloggers will appreciate the software's Youtube direct upload function.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think it's normal to look for a catch when you get something for free, and in this case, the catch is with the limited export options you get with this software. This is really obvious when you compare it to this software's pro edition. You need to shell out money if you want to use those options. There are also a number of add-ons and effects that you only get to use if you pay for it. I also had to deal with not having to do a lot with 3D options because a chroma key add-on isn't available in the free version. There was also an instance where I worked with GoPro fusion 360 videos and the program ended up crashing on me. I also think they can make this software lighter because it takes up a lot of your computer's memory, especially if you are going to do some extreme editing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this program and all the tools that come with it, I've been able to not just edit a video, but add visual effects to it as well. My output has improved considerably and they all look professionally made.
