What are the best aspects of this product?
It’s easier for me to communicate and build a collaborative working relationship with all my clients. I can easily access the application, view my pending tasks for the day, and start working on things that need urgent attention.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The service fee for card payments is quite high. Some of my clients complain about this charge, so I sometimes give them rebates so they won’t mind sending their payment directly to my Honeybook account.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Email correspondence is now made easier through the help of the Honeybook. It allows me to create templates that I can use for different types of transactions and inquiries. I save time and effort because I don’t have to compose emails from scratch. Also, Honeybook keeps all my accounts and financial information safe to make and accept payments using the platform.
