What are the best aspects of this product?

I’ve had past issues when it comes to managing tasks and workflows. This usually happens during peak season. However, there is no excuse to make mistakes or incur lapses. I’m glad that Honeybook provided me with a sound solution for my business. With its fantastic UI and functionality, I am confident that everything is well organized moving forward.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I find it a little expensive since my business isn’t that big enough yet. Plus, CC payment fees are too steep for most clients, so I have to resort to other local bank transfer options.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My records are now well organized, so its easier for me to do my monthly audits and send invoices to my clients. Honeybook makes it easier for me to keep track of the status of each project that I handle. I can give immediate and sure answers to my clients right away. Lastly, I was able to organize my schedule, so I no longer miss important meetings.
