What are the best aspects of this product?

The layout of the product is so attractive and welcoming. The interface is very much organized, and the support group behind it awesome all the time. There wasn’t a time that they failed to help me resolve some issues.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There should be more scheduled system upgrades to keep the app updated with the latest version. Sometimes the old version causes the app to lag and become somehow glitchy, which causes users to feel frustrated, especially when they are in the middle of doing something important.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Very useful in my day to day tasks. I can hire people to work part-time for business. It's easy for me to schedule interviews, conference calls, send contracts, and receive payments from my clients'.
