I can’t believe that I found the perfect app for my business.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It’s an all in one package that every business deserves to have. There is no need to use other platforms and 3rd party apps to provide excellent customer service.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Better formatting features so I can create presentable proposals and letters for clients straight from the platform. Since this feature is not yet available, I would have to settle with word documents and transfer the content once it has been edited and formatted.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I was able to link my Honeybook profile into my website, and surprisingly more people started to notice my business. I am happy to share that I have closed more deals with the help of the Honeybook.
