What are the best aspects of this product?

No need to file records, documents, and keep track of meetings/appointments manually. Honeybook allows you to input all of these things into the software, so everything is automated. You can easily send invoices as well as track and collect payments on time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is a particular feature that is meant for bookkeeping and cash management. I tried using it to help calculate each event's budget, but the tool is not giving me the results that I’m expecting.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There is no need to print out forms, fliers, survey forms, and quotations. We can send them directly to the client’s email address, making my work a lot easier than before. I get fast and accurate results, which is what matters the most.
