What are the best aspects of this product?

There are so many things that I appreciate about Honeybook. One of them is a significant increase in my number of clients and inquiries for the last six months. Using the tool made it easier for me to promote my services to the people within my local community.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am currently collecting card payments from clients using Honeybooks’ integrated system. My client and I find it steep to pay the transaction fee. Some clients have hesitations doing business with me again because of this, but I told them that their transaction is secure using this method. I hope that they can consider lowering the fees in the future.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It solves a lot of my problems. From finding clients, sending invoices, accounts payable, and receivables Honeybook takes good care of these things so I can focus better on my work.
