What are the best aspects of this product?

Hoopla allows a lot of customization to fit in things we add in our channel like seasons, sales competitions, and company marketing efforts. It helps getting everyone engaged in watching the channel, whether to learn something new that is going on or to be motivated in their work while having fun.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Leaderboards refresh at different times and some dashboards take a longer time to refresh. This makes it a little harder for teams to know how up to date the leaderboards are.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has helped getting our people motivated in their work. Also, it has helped bring departments together and get everyone updated with what's going on in the company.
