What are the best aspects of this product?
Being a long- time user of Salesforce since 2005, I am looking always for extensions, or apps to enhance our investment in platform. I found Hoopla on AppExchange. So when I first proposed the idea to our VP of sales, I was not sure that they would accept it, but surprisingly, they did it. It is one of the best tools, in real- time to recognize the contributions of a sales person. After years, with a larger team, everyone on the sales floor is still happy and cheerful when a deal is made and it is posted on the screens. Now we are looking forward to find a way of how we can get our own channel.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We put the breaking news audio alert off and playing the sales reps theme songs was much more agreeable. The desire for more video content is an issue, because there are a lots of sports themes, but epic or action movies would also be very cools, so invest in fresh video content and you will have all-time customers. 6 screens synching was an issue, with a delayed sound which created an eco-effect. The solution was using 30FT HDMI cables.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We wanted to find a way to recognize our best sellers and employees, especially our account managers when they close deal, hitting quota and other milestones. This products helps us to keep track of sales in real time.
