What are the best aspects of this product?
Hoopla has helped instill a spirit of competition across our geographically-dispersed team, increasing productivity in the process. Now, the other teams in our company want to set it up as well for their own teams. We're excited to see all the fruits of our investment with Hoopla in the future.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's too early to tell. We may be underutilizing features such as mobile usage and other data sources beyond Salesforce. I'd love to see some case studies or other examples of how companies are developing leaderboards beyond the sales or sales development use cases.

It has served as a cornerstone that fosters the competitive culture of the organization, despite the geographic limitations. The results have been phenomenal thus far.
