What are the best aspects of this product?

Hoopla is easy to use platform and my team can keep an eye on everyone’s performance, the personalization is fun and exciting. Aniya (from its support team) has helped me with integration with Google Sheets and with streamline newsflashes, she was very responsive and helpful and walked me through every step. With this platform we are able to keep our employee performance and to reward the best ones. This product has knowledgeable and friendly support team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing to dislike about Hoopla.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our department is based on results and we are process oriented, but we have found that this product is also helpful for us. Our team can keep everyone in the know with the broadcasting up to date stats. Our people are looking to check up on our Hoopla.
