Great support team and great product

What are the best aspects of this product?

The support team is very experienced and the platform is very functional. The integration was straightforward to use. Because of multiple screens and projectors, it was very easy to use and the feedback was very good, because visuals can be seen very easily by the entire crew. It motivates the sales team so they can gain experience and get a ranking boards status. It is truly unique and motivational, having a lower office management structure in place. Hoopla improved our sales and lowered the expenses.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be good to have the ability to modify count downs for specific sales targets. For instance, we would like the option to set a go home early target for a Friday for X amount of revenue. Another useful feature would be the alarms, to remind the crew that for instance, they should be on the phones making calls, starting at 9am. Alarms could be very useful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Management expenses is high, Hoopla and similar software enable Directors and management to focus on other important tasks and to invest in more profitable plans and improvements, instead of Line Managers and Supervisors.
