Great tool for motivating our employees and to increase the productivity level

What are the best aspects of this product?

Hoopla allows us to make lot of customizations, to change channels, sales competitions and to include marketing strategies. I like when we throw some silliy memes so I can spread positivity within the organization. I like that we can make small changes in the channel so we can encourage everyone to watch it. Even other departments are using Hoopla and this is great solution for spreading joy all over the company.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some dashboards that require more time to refresh than others and the problem comes when someone of the team don’t know how to update the boards.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Lack of motivation can lead to poor performance in every company but thanks to Hoopla we managed to motivate our team so they can improve their performance and increase their productivity. This tool keeps everyone up-to-date on what’s happening within the company. hhhhOOKLS
