What are the best aspects of this product?
I love Hoopla's new dashboard and the preview capabilities are awesome. I also love how simple and clean it is to set up the channels. My favorite feature though is being able to use SalesForce reports for all metrics.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I miss the clone feature which helped speed up the process of the work I used to do. However, I appreciate the new upgrades in lieu of this feature.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It has helped us communicate better the many changes made to our business' compensation process and helped them in understanding the benefits of these changes. We also use it as a motivational tool with a personal touch that enables our team to embrace our family environment.
