What are the best aspects of this product?

Hoopla provides simple leaderboards that ranks people in different areas, helping us instantly recognize positive developments. Software integration with Salesforce is very effective. We also appreciate the ideas, tips, and best practices shared by its great user community.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's only limited "off the shelf" backgrounds and transitions between slides. I would also like to see more business-themed options beyond its sports themes in gamification. But considering how it was designed, it may be tough to ask for that.

We use Hoopla to report anything and everything we use Salesforce.com to do. It helps us highlight our leaders and best successes. It also spurs a competitive mindset. helps communicate success, and keeps the people focused on doing the right steps of success.
