What are the best aspects of this product?

When we started Hoopla, from the very beginning we have seen how our organization has changed. Our team is from everywhere, and by installing a product that would increase the competition between team members, has made great difference. The productivity is increased, even other departments want to use the product because they have seen the changes within our environment. We really enjoy the fruits of our investment in Hoopla.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have dislikes, its team is great and extremely helpful. The setup is easy. But, we would like to see some examples of how other companies are developing their leaderboards.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our sales team and sales development team is from all around the world, and Hoopla helps us to build more prospecting environment. It helps us to create team outings, spiffs etc. and this product helps us to implement competitive spirit within the organization. The results are astonishing, we have seen great improvement in their performances and they constantly make calls whenever they see the “newsflash” on the screen.
