What are the best aspects of this product?
There are two things that motivate sales people: money and recognition. With Hoopla we are able to spot our best sellers. This platform provides us with fun and competitive environment to our sales department and inside our sales team. We have made a pause from Hoopla 6 months and we have seen the difference with and without this product, and as you can see we are back to this platform. The product is easy to manage and it is very intuitive. It allows us to create various channels for different offices. We have 4 offices around the world with more than 100users, and we are able to create different channel for each office.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don’t have nothing to dislike, at the beginning the process of creating reports was repetitive. I have a suggestion for their team, it would be great if they could pull leader boards and newsflashes based on values in SFDC.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With Hoopla we have increased the motivation and recognition inside Sales Reps. It helps us to increase productivity and performance.
