Hoopla is wonderful tool for increasing productivity and performances

What are the best aspects of this product?

Hoopla gets our team even more productive and provides great tools to keep them engage by choosing their own Gif that best represents them. We like the song themes and contest capabilities. Its support team is highly responsive and always helpful. We love its sport themes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We haven’t seen an i.ntegration with SFDC yet. We have to redesign the custom object when we want to get live results to streams directly and this is not flexible for us. I’d like to see all custom object set up before signing contracts.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to be more engaged and to experience competitive spirit between the members. We can rank salespeople by calls, appointment set and held, revenue generated, percentage to goal and close rates. It helps us to increase team’s activity and to improve the performances.
