What are the best aspects of this product?
Hoopla software leaderboards is simple that allows us to rank employees. In addition, it provides us with immediate notifications and we get pat-on-the-back messages when there are some positive happenings in the company. I personally like the Salesforce integration and it provides us with wonderful user-community where we share ideas, solutions, practices, advice and tips.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I’d like to see more options for business minded organizations and I don’t like that there are many sport themes and ESPN styles. The interface is simple but there is a need for lot of saving and clicks. There is a test page but it still requires to re-create it in the live feed when the final version is done.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are using it to report every action that is performed in Salesforce and this includes: lead tracking and scoring, new sales and business development, client success, scoring case response rate and even management of some exisiting businesses. This tool hel0ps us to score and highlight every department and to track the best leaders. This is great solution for spreading competitive mindset and to improve the interaction between departments and teams.
