What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how Hoopla gets our team more productive and makes them engaged by choosing their own gif so they can represent themselves. The song theme and contest capabilities are great choose for the team. The customer support team is extremely useful and responsive, and they always do their best to help us whenever we face some problem. As a Sport Center company, we really love their sport themes.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They have told us that they would make an integration with our SFDC objects, we have some objects that track the president club contest, and we use the Hoopla to keep track of live-up for the reports in real time because all our sales are transactional. If we want to get live results to streams directly on the displays we have to redesign the custom object if we want accurate display. This is not functional for us. It would be great if we could set up all custom objects in Hoopla before signing contracts.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Hoopla helps our team to be more engaged and to share the competitive spirit between members. By ranking the sales people by calls, appointments set and held, revenue generated, close rates and percentage to goal, increases the team’s activity and we have seen great performances. We are able to create a channel for front lobby when our clients and VIP’s come in, it helps to create first impression great and we are able to share our store.
