What are the best aspects of this product?
Hoopla lets our sales folk know where they stand in their rankings and support has always been great for us. But I've come to like it more now that it integrates with Google Sheets and has helped keep track of spiffs without having to run separate reports.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some seemingly basic features are missing in the new version, though they will be available in future releases. They have generally proven to be worth waiting for.

It has saved us time and has kept our sales folk engaged. Everything we communicate on the sales floor, even the personal announcments like birthdays and anniversaries are broadcasted globally, keeping the team motivated and competitive always.
