What are the best aspects of this product?
Hoopla has given us the tool that recognizes the top people in our inside sales team daily through a fun and competitive enviornment. It is also versatile and easy to manage so we were able to easily create multiple channels for our different global offices.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It was a bit repetitive that I have to create reports starting from the beginning. I also wish it could pull leader boards and newsflashes based of picklist values in SFDC.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It has helped motivate and recognize our inside sales reps. It brought about a competitive culture in our company which has helped increased productivity.
