What are the best aspects of this product?
The platform has been carefully thought about. Hoopla has easily adapted our Salesforce solution with relative ease. It is unique in its ability to motivate a sales team that has a lower office management structure in place, helping improve our sales in the process.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We would like there to be an ability to modify count downs for specific sales targets. Alarms would be another feature that would be very useful that could be accompanied by an action or event.Alarms with actions could be very good for certain incentives.

Its ability to streamline the sales process helped our business management to be able to focus on other important tasks and make meaningful investments. The software has saved us time and money which would have gone to hiring additional personnel, which is another resource we would have to spend.
