What are the best aspects of this product?
Hoopla has great displays which makes it interesting and more functional with a cool factor for any visitors that come into the office to be surprised by the interesting display information. The support team is very experienced. Every issue is resolved on time, and if they do not know the solution, they always find someone who does.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Hoopla cannot handle custom fiscal years or quarters, which is a problem for us. Our last FQ of the years, starts from November and ends in January, but Hoopla can only handle November- December or just January, which is worthless to us. The managing time is also a problem. Hoopla by time started to be inaccurate and very hard to display the information I wanted to. We would like some default components to be added to the channels. Sometimes users are added manually when they should not and I get very annoying e- mail asking how they can send an invoice, so I can tell them to remove some users.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I have increased the visibility to all business parts. A very big complaint I heard is that the engineering team is without idea of what the sales team is doing, so Hoopla allows us to coordinate every team in the company, and because of the TV screens that display the information around the office, people are watching and are informed.
