PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Even though the platform is changed they still offer great benefits and our team likes making the board off when they make some big sales or conversions. They are eager to know about their performance and which level they are. I can auto-populate a GoogleSheet based on different SFDC reports and I can keep track of spiffs so I don’t have to run 7 reports at a time or to update data for more than 100 reports on a daily basis. Also, I like its customer support service, they are always there to provide best service.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I miss some features from the old version but I think they will include them soon.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

First of all, this tool helps us to better engage our employees so they can feel more competitive and productive. When there are birthdays, wedding announcements, anniversaries or promos we use it to share the news on each employee’ screen.
