What are the best aspects of this product?

Host Analytics can run reports on any platform so everyone in our team enjoys using it. It also provides us reports in a format that we are most familiar with.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Host Analytics is not as intuitive as I wish it to be. Instead of accelerating our problem-solving, it drags on in relation to the speed of the program. Thankfully, the software's resource center walked us through the problem.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our company can now use forecasts that help us prepare for the days ahead.
