Took too long to implement but the payoff is good

What are the best aspects of this product?

Host Analytics has a varied set of functional tools that make it easy for us to complete our financial tasks. Aside from that, it has assisted us in improving our workflow.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We had a difficult time during implementation because of the assigned success manager and architect. Though we are now more stable with Host Analytics, we still run into problems from time to time. One of these problems is the formatting, a point where Excel is still better.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have eliminated human and manual errors from our reporting.
