What are the best aspects of this product?

I just wanted to give feedback saying that HostNamaste technical support really helps me a lot and I really like when they help me. Great service, fast setup. The HostNamaste team from sales helped me out. I even got a phone call from them confirming that everything was set up and working ok, in 8 years experience with various hosts, I've never gotten that kind of follow up.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They're awesome!
