What are the best aspects of this product?

I have 3 sites with Hostnamaste OpenVZ VPS hosting. Customer service is second to none. All my support requests are handled in under 5 minutes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am totally impressed with the service.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

They even re-installed my content management system for me after they found out the problem I had stemmed from me installing the wrong version.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Recommended.
