What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy startup even for a novice. I pestered a lot of them and wasn't always kind to them. They still gave me prompt, professional service and solved all my problems and defused all of my worries. Hostnamaste has customer service second to none and that is rare in India today.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
