What are the best aspects of this product?

Since my initial sign-up with hostnamaste OpenVZ VPS hosting account, the time I host my site with them has been great. I am impressed with the speed of the site, the uptime, the support when needed, and the features (the automatic backups are wonderful especially).

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Great speed, great support, great reliability.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

There is no denying the fact that their service has been excellent and top notice thus far.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

They email me about every little thing that may affect my hosting.
