We were able to install it in just a few minutes and use it right away. The process is pretty straightforward and you can do it even without technical knowledge. After setting it up, you can already access blocked web pages, surf anonymously, and enjoy protection privileges. The service can be used on several devices depending on the plan you purchase.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's not the fastest in the market and is prone to disconnection. There are also annoying ads even in the paid plans. The limited number of countries with servers could also be a problem especially for those living outside the United States.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It protects me from online threats when connecting to public networks to do business related transactions. It's particularly helpful when I'm traveling and had to stay in hotels. Also, it lets me access online contents that are blocked.
