What are the best aspects of this product?

For a business, I think the best thing about using this service would be the security it gives while browsing the internet. We usually do a lot of important business transactions and activities online so we needed to keep our Internet connection protected to avoid potential external risks. This tool is very effective in this. It offers various locations you can connect to and has OPEN VPN protocol. It is also great that the service can be used on several devices and works on several OS.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Their customer support isn't live. We had to email them our concerns and it's quite cumbersome. And sometimes, it takes them days to respond. So a live technical support via video calls or chat would be definitely great.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It gives the best protection when we enter the Internet and takes away the worries of recieving and sending sensitive business information online.Definitely a great help at work.
