What are the best aspects of this product?

Some websites aren't accessible here in Turkey and it's quite annoying especially when we really needed the content. Hotspot Shield has been a great service to use to enter sites with restricted access. It is perfect for anonymous browsing because it can hide your IP address. There are also choices about Add.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Slow internet. This happens quite often. I tried solving it by changing the country where I connected but it didn't work. But probably it wasn't a problem with the solution. Maybe, it's just because of my internet connection.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Here in Turney, some websites are blocked so if we need to access the content of those sites, we need a VPN that will help us do so. Hotspot Shield is pretty effective. It does help us access blocked sites.
