This app is largely helpful in making financial reports. It conveniently and efficiently gathers data from JD Edwards as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You need to re-login to the platform when you’ve left it idle for a few minutes. This is quite inconvenient

It’s useful in harnessing precise data from JDE, which is a big advantage in creating spotless reports. The app allows great customization to the reports as well, meaning you can easily churn out different financial reports from it.
