What are the best aspects of this product?

It is easy to use and features real-time updating of data. It helps a lot in digging through tons of data as well. Moreover, it is presentable, and conveniently exports reports into excel files.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has a quite sluggish client. This forces me to use remote desktop or Citrix upon signing-in.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has great features which the old Oracle doesn’t offer. This is convenient for reporting, capable of digging through many data, and exports report files into excel format.
