Besides its user-friendly interface, HubSpot is laudable for its customer care providers who give a warm human touch to the platform. They are helpful and can easily resolve your concerns.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be more fitting to our needs if it allowed a slight configuration on the implementation of workflows.

Hubspot automates all the marketing work from the deployment of marketing messages, to tracking progress and analyzing gains and losses. It saved our time and eliminated the need to hire more expensive marketing experts.
