What are the best aspects of this product?
HubSpot is the best tool to use when learning marketing automation. Our marketing team uses HubSpot Enterprise for emails, forms, landing pages, web chat, and social scheduling. Our biggest pain point has been our third-party integration with our CRM-- we use Microsoft Dynamics 365. The more tools/features you're able to use in HubSpot, the more convenient (and powerful) it becomes as you really can benefit from having "everything you need in one place". But as companies grow, it gets harder and harder to maintain that vision. I wish we could take advantage of all of the HubSpot Enterprise features we pay for but too many of our existing tools overlap with them and that's where the importance of reliable integrations come into play.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has a great social media platform coverage and gives the opportunity to push any content to multiple platforms with one click and observe the statistics and impact of the posts from a central, user friendly, and clear to understand reports panel which is really beneficial to understand the overall impact of the shared social media content and optimize the marketing campaigns based on the previous data.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us in a great way to manage multiple social media accounts in multiple social media channels and publish central content such as a photo to multiple channels with one click and track the statistics and the impact of the content via management panel which is a great feature.
