What are the best aspects of this product?

This product is by far the industry winner in terms of being 'super human'. It is like building a robot for your business that will go out and take over the world. You just need to sit down and spend the time programming it properly. I have a blog that helps business owners and I recommend this software for all those looking to compare marketing automation software and CRMs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It does make it hard to get lots of our clients on this software given it's price point. It would make more sense to keep it FREE and then charge as more clients are added or something. FREEMIUM works best for Small Business Owners as it allows companies to get success first and VALUE something BEFORE charging for it.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Very good as is but the devil is in the detail and the vendor is quite responsive to improvement.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The businesses that we advise get massive competitive advantage from this product because it automates entire components of their business while also offering a full CRM and sales system. Things like Email tracking and client profiling make it like doing business in the future and most of our clients are BLOWN AWAY once we install this for them.
