What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm really satisfied with how HubSpot streamlined our coordination process. But more importantly, I'm very amazed by its customer care staff: very accommodating, very knowledgeable, and very proactive in helping you to maximize all the features in the platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There remain unused features that I suspect are mostly because of the fact we haven't mastered the app. It takes a really long while to have full command of the app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Through Hubspot we can track an entire conversion journey down to our first time to reach out to a potential lead, making us more confident that our next marketing decisions are motivated by a strong and proven basis.
