Great app for employee time management

What are the best aspects of this product?

This is an easy to use tool that makes time management and shift exchange more efficient, and it comes with a dependable chatting platform too. It helps me manage work hours of employees easily while letting them change their shifts whenever applicable. It’s also a big help when I’m talking with clients about time and employee availability. As a bonus, it lets me conveniently check my personal daily and weekly schedules too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This is a great app, but there are moments when it can’t cope up with quick demands in my job. Say, there is a staff who changes their schedules at the last moment, then the app takes a few minutes to load. This means information won’t display immediately upon upload.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is helpful in boosting the job and workload of our employees efficiently, as well as easily track their punctuality. It lets us know if they time-in or time-out at the right moment. This gives them good chances to change shifts as well, without seriously affecting the workflow in our company. This helps us keep many things in the right order.
