Suitable for managing staff in one platform

What are the best aspects of this product?

This brings a lot of convenience and usefulness to our company. All our staff can time-in and time-out through one platform, and it helps with their scheduling too. In addition, the tool allows them to easily request for leave and shift exchange.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Staff cannot time-in when their 10min late for their shift. Other than this, I haven’t noticed any problem with the tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is helpful for employees to time-in and manages their schedules remotely. Say, they can easily see their weekly schedule online, and free shifts when they’re not available to work on certain hours. On the other hand, other employees can take such freed shifts if they wish to work. This helps employees easily release and get shifts conveniently, without physically going to the office.
