What are the best aspects of this product?

I am a housewife and a working woman too. This software is really convenient. It is an online tool that helps fix the appointment irrespective of your business's size by creating suitable appointment slots. It really saves time. I am able to attend every meeting without scheduling the appointment on my own with the help of this software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You may find it difficult to synchronize calendars, but it is a minor issue compared to its benefits.
